Treasure Sharing

Treasure Sharing is a regular ritual to make learning and results visible. The community comes together to share Bounty and Learning Treasures.

Bounty includes everything won during the Hunt: These are not only insights and experiences, but also actual yields, financial gains, and tangible results (e.g., revenues from sales, finished infrastructure, or prototypes). In Treasure Sharing, this bounty is not only presented but made available to the community. While sharing the material yields nourishes the Tribe, sharing the insights strengthens it intellectually.

Learning Treasures also include the mistakes, detours, and failed attempts. By applauding failure just as we applaud success, we normalize mistakes. Treasure Sharing transforms individual experiences into collective stories from which everyone can benefit – it is the festival of effectiveness.
