Rhythm
In this chapter
The Heartbeat
The Colearning rhythm structures learning in three zones: Tribe (belonging), Hunt (real projects & responsibility), Campfire (reflection & sharing). A daily heartbeat, not a linear program.
TRIBE: Being & Safety
"I am seen." Belonging and psychological safety are the ground for self-directed learning. Rituals, space design, and mentoring create resonance and prevent pitfalls like comfort-club or forced harmony.
HUNT: Doing & Responsibility
"I am needed." Learning happens in real projects with risk, feedback, and results. Deep play, not simulation. Just-in-time over stockpiled knowledge, access over efficiency, AI as a digital sidekick.
CAMPFIRE: Understanding & Distilling
"I pass it on." Hunt experiences become stories, patterns, and tools – shared as commons for the community. Pull-based, just-in-time learning, AI as reflector, a digital garden instead of lost knowledge.
