Path into Practice

Colearning begins with not handing off responsibility for learning, but bringing it back where it belongs: Right into your life.

1

Become a Colearner

Colearning starts with an attitude. Perceiving and making learning visible.

  • You live, therefore you learn: Notice the learning moments in your everyday life and consciously create space for them.
  • Make learning visible: Document your projects, questions, small successes, and wrong turns in a portfolio. Use a public Digital Garden for this (e.g., with 🪏 Lilo.page).
2

Find Your Community

Find people who share your longing. This is the beginning of your tribe.

  • Online: Join our online community. There you'll find existing initiatives and can connect with like-minded people.
  • Local: Find allies nearby – a café, a library, or a living room is enough as a first meeting point.
3

Start the Rhythm

You don''t need a finished building. Start establishing this rhythm:

  • Tribe: Meet regularly (e.g., Thursday mornings) at a public place.
  • Hunt: Work on real projects. Move on "fertile ground" – workshops, coworking spaces, associations – where life already is. Use incidental learning (observing) and make yourself useful (pitching in).
  • Campfire: Share your questions, insights, and earnings. Celebrate bounty and learning treasures.
